side note: i got a zzp downpipe it was leaking when i first installed so i bought and installed new gaskets i put the gaskets on with hi temp rtv. it was fine all day yesterday now tonight it sounds raspy when i get into it. Im pissed. is it possible i over tightened the bolt
 
are you sure the gaskets seal?

Raspy prolly = exhaust leak.

turn your head sideways so you can still look forward and you should be able to tell where the exhaust noise is coming from much easier.
