• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Boostin question

no need for an intercooler. the turbo will run cooler with less KR than the gen IV eaton will. if you go with the gen V, which im sure you will since your series III, then you should need it either way.

the GEN V screams more anyway, so adding the 3.6 will get ya screamin eaton fa sho.

Wrong way around bossman...GenIII is way whinier :D

Why would you not run an intercooler? Your a quack. There is no GenIV Eaton. Your going to get KR either way...and in fact more people blow up cars on turbo builds because they are easier to make knock with...which is why you should never NOT run an IC on a turbo build IMO. Also...Series II and Series III motors are the same block...you can bolt either blower to it.

You need the reading mod.

Christ child.

yeah, i know the difference.
theyve got different blowers. either one will work, but if your gonna blow a series III, use the series III blower, not the series II blower.

If you know the difference why didn't you just make that evident in your first post so I didn't have to waste my time?

No more top swap. Decided it was just too much of a pain in the ass with tuning and crap and getting everything in order. More than I want to do right now. So... instead im putting in an HV3 and putting some rims on it. Then eventually lowering it. Hell, maybe even someday I might turbo it.
