Disconnect the vacuum line between the boost soleniod and actuator. Go for a drive..if boost is back, it's a bad soleniod.

What Bill said, then Who ported and polished your SC and LIM? Do you have any pics of them? I guess the car runs fine other than the boost?

Jeff

Where in western NC you at? I live in Raleigh and have family in Statesville i'll be visiting week after next (going on a cruise monday, stopping by on the way back for a few days). If you haven't got it by then we could get together and i could give you a hand. I love working on GP's.

Like Bill said though, check your vacuum lines and actuator. Don't just assume they're right or anything like that, go through the lines systematically.

I already bypassed the boost solenoid first thing I tried after reading sum other forums an checked the bypass valve zzp did the p&p sc an lim I'm just really puzzled I looked at the vaccum diagram an traced it back to see if everything was rite an it seemed like it was the way the pic showed idk tho ive tried everything I can think of I ordered a new sc belt just incase it was slipping I hadn't got it yet I'm really hoping its that chrsmi1 I leave up around boone nc

Jeff..you know what to do. Walk him through step by step, and make sure you get the pictures of the ford check valve. lol

Well let's see some pictures of the nipple under the snout of the supercharger. A picture of the line to the bypass solenoid and bypass valve. Then a picture of the tubing to the MAP sensor. There is another vacuum like on the pre 04' cars so one of that as well. How does the power feel? Does it feel like you have 2.5# of boost?

Jeff

Uh it feels a bit sluggish it's not as potent as it was with the boost but it's not dead in the water feeling ya kno but ill Def get you sum pics of the vaccum lines an the t under the supercharger an to the bbv I really do appreciate you guys help on this

Man I just got through a situation with NO boost so we should be able to solve this pretty easy.

Jeff

At least twice. Let us know even if you find the problem without having to post pics. That way others can benefit from your solved issue.

Jeff

It won't let me post any pics for some reason but I'm gonna make a video of the lines an everything an give you a link to it I just noticed when I was messing with it when the cars running if u hit the throttle the supercharger belt has alot of movement in it so I'm starting to wonder if the belts just shot on the supercharger cause when I rebuilt everything I put a new supercharged tensioner on her an idk if the belts ever been changed I kno I hadn't changed it since I've owned it I did order a new one just waitn for it to come in but I'll have a link up to the video asap thanks guys

Send a picture of the SC belt tensioner and where the two nubs on the back are sitting on the coil bracket to my user name at gmail.com

To post pics etc.. use a hosting site like photobucket and link the img here.

you did your lines all wrong. your evap is on the TB, the fat port, not the two lines on the tree atop the sc. one of those lines goes to your hvac to power where the vents blow to, the other goes to the bbv.

do over time. no wonder you got no boost........

bill dont be drinking anything when you watch the vid lol the loop between the two sc tree ports is priceless even more so when he calls it the evap. lol

but it runs so theres hope. some quick re doing of them lines will make the car feel right again.
