Boost Problem

I have a 04 gtp and I just rebuilt the supercharger (gen 5) with all new seals and bearings and when I bolted it back on the motor and took it out for a test drive I noticed the supercharger was not making any boost at all. I swapped my supercharger with one that was rebuilt from a garage and that provided no boost so I sent it back and put mine back on. As far as i know the supercharger was rebuilt correctly because it does not rattle and does not leak any supercharger oil ! I've looked on the internet for copious amount of hours to trouble shoot the problem. I bought a boost gauge and my vacuum pressure is right at 19-20. I've also replaced the boost control solenoid. I've also checked the boost bypass valve as well and disconnected it and still no boost. I also read that my belt could be slipping so I replaced the supercharger belt and that was also not the problem (pulley tensioner seems to be good). The information I've read said it could be my maf sensor all the way to my O2 sensor but its hard to believe either of those would go bad just from pulling the supercharger off. I know for a fact the supercharger DID make boost before it was rebuilt ( rebuilt it due to the seal behind the gears leaking oil into my motor and burning it). It makes a low hum sound when I floor it compared to the loud whine it use to make. I'm running out of things to trouble shoot, if someone who has any information about what I could check next or check into it would be much appreciated. Thanks for your guy's time and effort for the help!

Take a picture of how your vac lines are routed.

Is the rod on the boost bypass actuater moving up and down when you rev the engine.

The center hose lead out of the 3 prong outlet on the top of supercharger is where I have my boost gauge line.

hows your in cab air flow working? that line you took off controls the air flow directon of your vents def, or floor.

you put the boost line in the wrong place. cut it in between the map and the T under the snout.
