boost problem

so ive searched for vac leaks tested the BBV changed my filter and replaced my belt and have scanned for KR with scan tool showing 0* my my DIC bar still only reads half boost at WOT and i have a definite lack of power just noticed it 2 days ago. i know i should have headers BUT these are my mods p/p lim and s/c, tb spacer, hai, 3.4 pulley any ideas? how do i check my tensioner? (no other gtp to compare to)

So I did nothing to my car last night and all Lego blocks aside I had boost on my way to work...? Lol it fixed itself or…?
