bolt broke off inside the tensioner assembly

the idler arm(pulley) broke completely off and the bolt broke off inside the assembly is there any way to get the bolt out?:mad:
 


I got it all replaced yesterday .....bill boost love ur quote cause I am a girl and did it by myself ....my bf and his mechanic friend made fun of me but like I told them its not going to fix itself and u two are two busy to help
