Re: BLUEGTP91's BUILD...IT RUNS! Page 21...or something.

PCM is in, and the car is running right now.:th_thumbsup-wink:

Re: BLUEGTP91's BUILD...IT RUNS! Page 21...or something.

It's got less than a 1/2 tank now...it went through a 1/4 tank just going from Odessa to Liberty...which is around 40 miles...but the all powerful DIC is telling me a consistent 28.6 around 65-70.

Also...I went nothing less than WOT ALL THE TIME. I RACED 5 VEYRONS, 38 VIPERS, and a couple 8 SECOND BUSAS.

SH!TS WEAK.

Kidding. It does need a new coupler bad...but it runs like a dream up to about 1/4-1/2 throttle.

Re: BLUEGTP91's BUILD...IT RUNS! Page 21...or something.

I'd just like to bump this...because I've got nearly 600 miles on it and you guys should be getting some get up and go vids here soon. Why I didn't say Speedo vids? Because I'm not Hasselhoff.

Re: BLUEGTP91's BUILD...IT RUNS! Page 21...or something.

did you seriously do a slow break in on the motor? either its gonna break or its not. come on man.

Re: BLUEGTP91's BUILD...IT RUNS! Page 21...or something.

I didn't...I was just nice to it. I've been WOT already on stock timing and a 3.2" and there's no traction to be had until about 40-ish or a little more. Wait till the Meth, 2.8" or lower...and more timing...loooove it.

Re: BLUEGTP91's BUILD...IT RUNS! Page 21...or something.

X2 on the getting it together and drive the piss out of it. So I take it, it didn't blow yet?

Re: BLUEGTP91's BUILD...IT RUNS! Page 21...or something.

600 and something miles and nothing yet. So...Upon waiting completion of my new 3" catback and muffler setup...I wanted something with a little more sound. I took this thing down to Gene and Calvin's and he set me up with a 26" glasspack after the downpipe into a "S" shaped 3" Mandrel bent pipe with a turn-down behind the passenger side rear wheel. For a no cat/no muffler setup...I think it sounds pretty decent...especially being able to hear that big cam
