Blown something or loose plug wire?

Driving home the other night, I noticed when I went WOT the engine was stuttering. Check engine light came on. No strange smoke, no strange smells. See sig for mod's.

I just tightened all the plug wires back down and reset the computer, noticed one may have been the cause but not sure. Are there any external signs of a rod or piston issue?
