Got a carwash and after while towel drying noticed idle started sounding weird. while driving home about 2 miles it was sluggish and sounding of misfire. Replaced plugs and checked wires.

Had mechanic check it. He took temp gun to headers- back 3 one was 300+ degrees, other 2 were 150degrees. Front one of the cylinders has zero compression. Thinks valve and piston are ok. Scoped all looks ok, cylinder was not damaged. Thinks the heads are messed up. Any opinions or thoughts. I'm sure more info is needed. This is all out of left field so my mind is kinda racing here. I wasn't even beating on it. Just nurturing with a car wash.
