blower motor wont stop

Hopefully one of you guys that knows a lot more than me can help me out. I have an 05 Grand Prix and the blower motor keeps running even when the car is off and the key is out. It keeps running on high. I have replaced the resistor, it still keeps running. I have even unplugged the fan switch and it still keeps going. The only way I have got it to stop is by pulling the Battery 4 fuse. Any ideas why it keeps getting power?

Hopefully someone can still help me. I checked the wires going in and out if the resistor(control processor). Going in, 1st (black) ground is grounding, 2nd (black/gray) is showing move volts as you turn the switch, 3rd (red) is showing constant 12 volts. I believe all the ins are correct right? Going out of the resistor (purple) is showing constant 12 volts(i dont believe it should be, and the(black) ground is grounding. I got a 2nd resistor just to make sure my other new replacement wasnt bad and its the same anyone have any ideas please help. Please help I have a date on Saturday and would like to have air in the car before I pick her up.

Thanks
Brandon
