blower motor question

Well hey i bought my oldest girl a gp,1999 gp oh boy what a major nono. have had all kinds of trouble. I have to replace 3 of the four window regulator/lift systems. Now the blower motor will not work. When you push the button on the dash the lights go up like it supposed to, but no airflow...can someone help me
