Blower motor or resistor?

Hi I have a 2001 Grand Prix gtp 3.8, just today I went out everything was fine I shut car off, get back in nothing blows out if my blower 1 through 5 nothing works, when I switch to where it blows I can hear it move but I can't get it to blow any help please? Also my one gauge that has the boost/mpg ect stopped working at the same time
 


its your motor mine just did the same thing, the brushes were worn down. I got a used motor for 25 bucks popped it in and I have ice cold ac again thank god.
 
btw mine is the same year and model and yours , and I was on vacation when it died and I drove all the way home with no ac lol that sucked.
