Blower motor issue! please help

blower motor doesnt always work or someties has a huge delay comming on. Anyone else have this problem? blower motor is good and resistor pack is good. Blower motor switch? relay?
 


Have you tried wiggling the connector going into the blower? I had a connection issue on the plug part that's actually on the blower itself. It would work on/off, when it would stop, I'd just push on the connector and it'd work again. Replacing the blower fixed it
