Blower control question

Newbie here and have an issue with my 2000 GP with the 3.1. Over the past 2 months my blower for the heat and ac keeps shutting off. The weird thing is when it is acting up and wont turn on I turn the lights on and the blower will come on. Shut the lights off the blower goes off. It doesnt do it all the timeand now it went completely out. I had the resistor changed about a year ago to fix a different issue(would only run on high) and it was fine all this time. Any ideas anyone?

Apparently people don't like to reply on the forums for this site. I am having the problem of my blower only working on high. I swapped the resistor out and it worked for a day and now I am back to day 1. How did you fix the original problem you had?
