The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
Oh not to mention that for some reason my blower motor quit working when I went out for lunch yesterday. ~90 degrees with no air moving sucks. Got in the car later and worked fine.
Just an update.... I've got a friend just getting into waterdipping so he is hooking me up. I wanted to do something different with my factory winter rims... so this is what it will be like.
And this is what winter shoes are going on it. Meaty as hell.
I was going for something loud. And I am getting just that. I'll post more photos when they are all done. And that first one he did wasn't the best as the print moved and ended up with more red on one side. Hoping he gets the other three better.
I got a buddy me and him were experimenting with water dipping. We got a huge like tote bin filled it with water mixed it with borax to give the water more surface tension and just took spray paint and put layers of paint on it to see how it worked out. And it looked like a good film. And we dipped a guitar red white and blue ill have to see if I can get a pic to post today
Sweet man, my buddy and his brother used to use a rubbermaid tote. Downside to that was every part that had to dump it, and more hot water straight from the hot water heater. Now they got a tank made of galvanized steel and turkey tank heater. He said it works pretty damn slick, but takes about a full bottle of propane each use. The print is actually inferno so it has tons of skulls in it. I had him do parts of my 870 in the gray that turned out pretty badass.
Le Patriote, Derek said the rims were black MSR 045.
