I have a '97 2-door GTP. I currently have the sunroof-less headliner removed (was pulled for roof bodywork, now completed) I really want to get that put back in. I was quoted about $100 for a professional shop to recover it, pretty much any color. Car has the usual black leather with factory gray plastic trim and headliner. I'm thinking black would look good? I really don't have any desire to paint all of the light gray plastic interior pieces black. I bought a junkyard tan overhead console to replace my busted up one and painted it a textured metallic dark gray/silverish krylon whatever, actually turned out great. My visors are still gray and i really don't want to recover those...
My question is: Do the black? Or get a factory color match and be done with it? Has anyone else ever done this? Pics would be awesome! :driving:
