They will look good. No need to remove the bumper. They install like every other grille available.

I think the ebay ones are like $30 arent they and they look exactly the same.

The lowers are real easy to install but the uppers are a pain in the ass. I recommend zip ties instead of the little clips they give you. I didn't take the bumper off to install them but I'm not sure if it was any easier leaving it on.
