• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Well, here she is. I got the car before I left for AIT this summer (2013), stock, no mods. Some of the first things I did were cleaned off all the dust and grime from living on a farm house most of its life, painted the rims/spoiler/chin spoiler black, painted the dash/center console white, full kicker audio with 12" sub, removed the cat, added a simple open cone intake, along with some other minor things. Then I had to go to AIT for a couple months. I came back and had some spare funds to get a 3.5" pulley, PCM, plugs/wires, and a 180* thermostat.

Current short term goals are fixing some paint spots, 2.5" exhaust/3" DP, SD Hood/Air dam, and suspension. Eventually some more mods so I can run a 3.4" pulley.

I have. I don't remember the numbers but running 91, it was a small amount (I want to say somewhere between 5-10?). And that scan was before I got my colder plugs installed.
I do get a CEL for the cat.

I don't remember the numbers, and it was before plugs and when the car had been sitting for quite a while.

I'll get it rescanned sometime soon, and thank you. Still learning these cars. Would powerlog and downpipe be a good combo for kr reduction? Or is there something else, around the same price range, that would reduce it more?

Have you done anything to the exhaust besides removing the cat? If not you'll want at least a PLOG and a down pipe to delete the u-bend. The factory exhaust is pretty restrictive pre-cat.

edit:you ninja posted me.

Cat and no mufflers. I wanted to remove the U-bend but I didn't want to risk just chopping it because of the O2 sensor. I'll add the powerlog to the top of my list of needs. Thanks for all the advice everyone, appreciate the help.

a lot will say get sd headers. but for around the same price you can get a 3 inch downpipe and a plog. and not have to worry about fitment issues or leaks. the gains arent as great as headers but unless you wanna drop 500 ish on good headers then just plog and dp

Okay, so I'm slightly confused about headers and powerlogs. Is the powerlog completely seperate from the headers, or if I were to get the SD headers would the powerlog be included? I want to get headers eventually, is it better to just say get the 3" DP asap and save for headers, or get the DP and plog, then upgrade to headers?

the plog and headers are different. plog is a manifold while headers are tubes that meet in the crossover

If your going to get headers, just get headers. Don't waste your time with anything else. But a PLOG will work.
