BGPM09 participants?

Any of you guys or gals got any ideas on how I convince the wife to go to BGPM this year. I already have 1 week vacation built up here at work so that's not an excuse.
 


Show her pictures from last year! Tell her there are LOTS of places to shop if she comes along and that there are other women who attend. :)
 
You have to walk into the kitchen, stomp your foot down and say WOMAN!! This is how its gonna be and there will be NO further discussion on the matter. Then walk out. At least thats how I did it.

Have her come the KCPMC Jan or Feb meets and talk with us girls that go! She will want to go after she meets all of us!
 
I will try to get to one of the KC outings this year. She likes going to the small meets at BWW we have on Thursdays or at least she doesn't complain to much about it. :th_winking:

The main thing with my wife is she has no passion for automobiles. I've taken / drug her to a few Car Shows and I personally like to look certain ones over and talk to the owners if they are cool. She'd rather walk through the whole thing as fast as she can and leave. Then she gets upset because I start talking "car" to her and she doesn't understand a darn thing I'm saying.

Who knows... Maybe I can convince her...
 


Good thing about my girl is that she picked up on stuff and now she is kinda getting into it so I am happy :D

Really it isn't just about the cars - that's just what happens to bring us all together - the friendships and time spent just generally unwinding is the best part of it all.

fo sho swash!! my wife had a great time there last year and she was 7mo preggo!!! only thing she can complain about was not enough shopping : - P
