I purchased a set of rims from a friend yesterday, so I figured I'd share a picture or two with you. I'm so pleased! They definitely beat the ones that were on there before! (Though I need to remove the GT caps and replace them with some nice Pontiac center caps)

YOU DID! +24 is too much for them to fit... looks funny iirc

Never could get any pictures of them other than that regal gsx and they did look kind of funny on it... but I think the GTP looks great with them. O well, I'm past it, 18x8s so meh :P
 
i never said they wouldnt fit. i said they wouldnt fit well.

that is why i asked for more pictures above and clarification on the specs.

I'm in Indiana visiting with family right now. I'll be back there at some point I'm sure. (The first picture in the mushroom house neighborhood is actually a year old or so).
 
Oh! I didn't see the question about specs. Sorry! To be perfectly clear: They're '98 Cobra R rims -17x9- with a 114.3x5 bolt pattern. I also believe they're +27mm, to add an afterthought to Bio's question, which my brain skipped past for some reason.

Still haven't gotten around to a better picture for fenders' sake. However, to say the least they fit pretty well.
 
17s also give you a little wiggle room with tires and you dont notice offset as much since the tires arent as low profile as 18s would be.
