So for the takes longer to start problem do u mean imthat the starter just cranks the engine but it doesn't fire up? Or when u turn the key it just clicks sometimes and doesn't start

i turn the key and it cranks about 2 to 3 more times the it usually does then it will start up.

Try swapping the battery. That sounds like either a weak battery or charger
