• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Best way to read codes?

After having driven her around all weekend no issues, this morning when I crank her up all good at first but two seconds later... BOOM! Service Engine Soon came on. I'm sure it can be a million different things, whats the best way to go about this? Is there like an OBD scanner or something I can plug into? If so any recommendations, I'm a true noob at reading diagnostics info.

I don't know about living here... But Scotty is definitely the resident expert. Just wait and see, you might become a Grand Prix junkie! Like a lot of us on here.... Not me tho

Is this bad? Can I drive on it or is it a bad idea? What does that valve do, I just looked up some videos looks totally doable

You can buy an obd2 adapter an an app on your phone call torque an read all your ses codes an it can tell ya everything going on with your car to so you don't have to take it somewhere every time it throws a code

Thanks man, I ended up replacing getting the solenoid valve, code long gone now... Also while looking all this up I stumbled upon aeroforce gauges which look like a lot of fun and a super powerful accessory I had never even thought of having ;)
