Best Caliper Paint?

What about engine paint? Duplicolor makes a 500 degree ceramic rattle can paint that's 1/3 the price of caliper paint. I used it on my calipers - it looks awesome and should be fine for the supercharger.

I've also used the duplicolor caliper brush-on paint on calipers. It's best applied with an airbrush imo.

That being said - the engine paint is better than both. It's cheaper and looks awesome.

Not true... The High Temp Engine paint I tend to see is around $7-8 a can, or more... granted its cheaper than the "caliper" paint, but the Krylon Fuzion paints are $3-4 a can, sold at every walmart, and still safe to 500* so why spend the extra money?

and last night i made a trip to Wally World and noticed a new product (new to me anyways) its Fuzion Metals... multiple anodized metal paint, including a "converter" paint to make it adhere to chrome ;) was like 5 bux a can, so 10 and you can get the converter and any anodized color and itll adhere to anything metal :D

I used dupi-color many many many times on many cars. Works fine, just have to re-do them every couple years.

but I just tried there brush on caliper paint and although it takes longer. I think it came out a lot better..

I used some crappy no name flat black spray paint. Had to touch them up after a year but two years later and they still look ok all considering. Oh and there was almost no prep work done. I'm amazed they dont look like crap
