I've been having a squealing belt now for a few months ever since I put this MPS on. Right now I'm running a stock size belt on a 3.6 though I have also run one for a 3.4 to no avail. It pretty much squeals at idle, accelerating, and just cruising. I have the pulley pressed on as far as it will go with the ZZP tool and if I throw on a new belt it won't squeal for a day or two then start back up, I know it's not a pulley or the accessory belt. It's driving me insane since it's so loud and won't go away. Anyone have any tips to get rid of it?

sounds like the tensioner pulley is letting up too much. I had this issue for a little while but then I replaced the tensioner pulley setup.
 
I'll look into the tenioner. I want to say that I've replaced it before. But all the noise did start up the day I put on the MPS.
