Belt size on your tiny pullies

When I switched over to my 2.8 pulley yesterday I had a hard time getting the 642 belt on it. So hard I gave up. I've been running the 650 belt that was on my 3.0 since with (seemingly) no problem.

So the question is, what belt do you other tiny pulley guys run? I don't have an IC so I know that a few of you will be different. Just wanting to see if I should expect any possible belt slippage or just forget about it and run it without worry.
