belt about to fall off

the belt on my engine is loose and about to fall off some of the pulleys, i noticed this problem because my supercharger wasnt putting out any boost. my friend suggested that it is possible to increase the tension by adjusting the tensioner pulley, but i cant find anything about it on the internet specific to a 99 grand prix. is this a possible fix and is it easy to do?
 


get a new tensioner.

its an automatic tensioner, you cant adjust it.

Well you can adjust the s/c tensioner a little, just undo the bolt (13 mm IIRC) then turn the assy counter clockwise so its a little closer to the ribbed ilder and bolt it back down.

if the belt is falling off, this probably wont help much if it all.
