bbv solenoid

BoostJunki3

Needs A Turbo
Just wondering if its ok to run an L fitting on the fpr and delete the bbv solenoid (little box after the bbv itself) i think mine may be acting up and ive heard its ok to do this.....it wont cause any issues as far as boost/knock?

Pretty sure you still need the vacuum line hooked up, people get rid of the solenoid that the pcm controls and just run it off vacuum.

yeah you can do that.

just turn off tcs EVERY TIME YOU START THE CAR.

else the car will attempt to dump boost but cant and will cut fuel at the same time.... that means running stupidly lean.... and chipped pistons.

This is how lazy people do top swaps, like mine.
