I have an 04 gp and the battery terminals are broke it happened when i was installing the relay harness for my 55w HIDS the screws were old and rusty and broke now i have the terminals rigged up but now there getting to the point of making the car not start my parents went out and got me thishttp://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brow...Top+Post+Battery+Cable,+1+Gauge.jsp?locale=en but i was looking at these Top Post Battery Terminal, Brass | Canadian Tire which one is correct and how would you install these???

that kind you cut off the old terminal, then strip back the insulation on the wire then clamp it on the new terminal. easy enough.

only problem with that style is it leave the wire bare and exposed to air, then it will tarnish like copper does, its called dry wire. it will then travel down the wire and kill it slowly over time.

or buy one that you solder on, or just buy a new cable altogether.

heres how to solder one on, its easy.
