Bare heads... Parts?

I'm picking up a bare set of L26 heads, and I'm unsure of absolutely everything I will need to put them back together. I am going to be getting the 1.95 roller rockers, which comes with the pushrods, rocker arms, pedestals and bolts. I think I will be getting LS6 springs with these. Will I need stronger retainers, or will stock retainers work fine? As for seals and locks, are the ones on Intense Racing fine? And finally, which valves and lifters?

Am I missing anything else?
 


you cant use the stock retainers with lsx style springs. you need lsx style retainers. the seals/locks/valves are fine from intense, but which ones? DO NOT get SI valves. if youre getting bigger valves upgrade straigh to manley right away. stock lifters are fine, just replace them with new stock if youre worried about the ones you got.

Okay. So where would you recommend I get my stock valves from? And are the ZZP Comp Cams OE-R lifters alright? Sorry I have so many questions. :(
