• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Bakerdd"s '99 GT: Project stance

actually you'd be surprised how well the tires/wheels would sell separately. especially with decent prices on them (you'd break even since you'd have to pay to get them dismounted).

Again...though I'm not sure why you are trying to sell the wheels with tires you should be using them with the new wheels so you clear the fenders.

I just want to buy some tires that are better for stretching than the goodyears and go from a 50 series to a 45

Might as well try those tires out. It's only going to cost you the price of mounting and unmounting them and could save you from having to buy new tires for the time being.

So i sold the wheels... To my brother for his car. Who was able to get me the money immediately. Which paid for the new tires. The tires that just happened to be in stock locally. All in time to make it to my tire shop before they closed :D

I went with falken 612. They are the replacement for the 912 tires I had been looking at until they were discontinued
225/45/18. I dont have the spacers on in the rear yet, i still need to get longer studs but they fit pretty well even without them.

And i'll get some day pictures as soon as I can!

I bet they are reverse mount like almost all aftermarket rims, lots of lube. If the inner lip was touching tire I bet they aired up perfect, otherwise a blast with a cheetah would set those soft tires pretty easy.
