Tint would definitely help, but to "stand out" you're gonna need something more extreme.

Roof rails? Going lower? Nicer wheels? How about a projector retrofit?

Projectors sitting on my desk pretty low already and roof rails won't fit will they?
Also new wheels are gonna be summer!
 
Roof rails will fit. If they fit a Monte they'll fit a regal.

and DNA springs aren't even close to low. :)

I actually like the look of the side stripes but I would question whether or not to color match the grey on the bottom or accent with black to be different. Either way I think it would look great with everything else, but I think grey side, grey bottom, and grey bullets might be a tad too much at the same time.
 
tints will look sick. that stripe... it wouldnt look bad, but if this was my car, i wouldn't do it.
 


spotted: you. 7:18 AM today going south on 894. i did a double take.

most likely you didnt see the silver scoobie with orange wheels and a roof rack on the other side of the highway.
