Bad vac leak

So I've had a bad vac leak ever since I installed my IC, today I found out how bad it really is. When the car is warmed up my LTFT is maxed out at 16.4. When I pull off the vac hose from the BBV, FPR or the thing by the back of the SC, it stays the same. I don't know where to even with this. And I have put new vac lines on twice. Also, I know the LIM is creating vacuum because I can feel it on my finger when I pull a hose off.

Mine is doing this same thing everyone in a while. It usually stays at 16.4 at idle and the STFT can get up to 20 under the right conditions. Then the rpms start fluctuating. Also noticed the vac gauge fluctuates from 16-20mm Hg. It is driving me nuts. Other than that it runs fine under load with normal fuel trims.

Humor me on this.

Is the car tuned/what year is it?

What MAF are you using?

What TB?

Is it ported or not?

...reason being is I had a super lean vac leak condition like that, and I was using the wrong year MAF tables on a ported TB.

Re-tune cured it right up.

F an injector o ring. After looking for this leak for over a year I finally found it thanks to the best vac test ever, and it was on a Bimmer forum of all places.

And to clear a few things up, I have sprayed every vac line and connection I knew of. I am not running any IC gaskets, Garloc are complete garbage and the stock Gen V gaskets are $59 a pop and you have to modify them. I am using Right Stuff RTV, works great. Just sucks when you have to take it apart.
