Bad spark plugs swapping to E85?

Ever since i swapped to E85 ive noticed at times my car wouldnt run as good as i feel it does so i did routine maintenance new plugs wires oil change even the fuel filter and the car felt like a whole other car when i was done... when i looked at my spark plugs they look pretty bad they were ok before i switched to E85.. when you switch to E85 do you need to swap plugs,wires,filter simple maintenance? Thanks!

E85 tends to "clean the engine" removing carbon build up and what not... these deposits could have collected on the plugs...

Total theory.. could be wrong.
