Bad Smell

I have a 01 GTP and everytime I put the passenger side windows down I get a really bad mildew smell. I checked the two hole at the bottom of the doors and they're clear, so I know theres no water in either door. What can I doo to get rid of this smell?
 


spray bleach all around where the door window seals around. You may need to take off door panel if this doesn not help and see where the smell is coming from. Or just take the dead fish out of the door.........LOL.
