I know a lot of turbo guys run way smaller plug gap then that, iirc more like .030-.040. Somewhere in there anyway, pm Tengis

Yeah, i run AL103's gapped at .036

And, for the AFR you want to be in the range of 11.0-11.5ish on a daily driver boosted setup running pump gas.

+16.4 fuel trims usually indicate a vac leak. Check all your lines for leaks, egr, whatever you have connected to the motor that might be a source for air past the MAF. Sometimes the maf/tune could be so off that it may just need more fuel, most of the time it's un-metered air entering post maf.
 


Alright guys, i am going to keep trying to figure this one out. You've all been a great help! I will check for the vac lines and maybe replacing the MAF as well. I'll let you guys know how it all checks out. But if i end up having to spend a bunch of money on some bigger parts i'll just go ahead with the swap into my 06!
 
You're getting into territory that I'm not familiar with. IIRC the ratio should be closer to 13.5-14.5 so this looks like you're running really rich. The multiple misfires might be telling you that the car is not running on all cylinders. If you are dropping cylinders you might be increasing unburned fuel and that might be causing your AF ratio to go so rich. This is all specualtion and you need to find a shop that knows what they are doing because it seems like you're on the road to a bad failure. (I'm not saying Will doesn't know but you need to get it back to him if he does)

dont go anywhere near 13.5 under WOT on a turbo vehicle. 12.5 is getting a little lean. The multiple misfires may be due to spark blowout, meaning your plugs are gapped too wide. .32 is what alot of turbod cars use.

OR your plug(s) could have closed shut from boost.

13.5 afr is not what you want. You want 11.7ish to be safe
 
I would first start with plugs for sure. My 103's are gapped at .040 running 12-15psi. You want to stay in the mid 11's on your A/F and the 10.2 is not a huge issue that would cause your problem.

If it seems like the car will cut into and out of power I am thinking it is plugs for sure. Running that 10.2 is gonna **** some plugs up over a pretty short time. I carry a few extra sets with me at all times just for that reason.
 
Hey guys havent played with the car in a while. Where i left off was all new plugs, one coil pack and one plug wire.

got it on the scanner yesterday pulled up these codes.

P0102
P0117
P0300
P114

So on the weekend i am replacing All Wires, Temperature sensor gauge, Then later i will replace the other 2 coil packs and swap the MAF to an LT1.

Should fix all of those problems and hopefully run decently!
