Bad jerking when car warms up

I have an 2002 grand prix gt. A few months ago I dropped my pan and replaced the filter and gasket and put new fluid in. It still jerks when the car warms up. I'm still thinking about putting in a shift kit soon, but my mechanic told me to just put lucas stop slip in. Any suggestions? Any experiences with lucas that had the same problem?? Thanks

Jerks as in when you are cruising and try to accelerate the tach bounces around a few hundred? If so that's likely the TCC. Do another pan drop, add the Trans-Go shift kit and when refilling dump a bottle of Lucas in with the new fluid. Just don't overfill the trans.
