Bad Fuel Regulator

I got a 40th GTP. I smell gas at startup, at stop signs and lights, and when parked. Gas mileage is horrible. Sign of bad fuel regulator?
 


Pull the vaccum hose off of it. If it's full of fuel, yes. If not.. then likely your evap canister in the left rear wheel well is bad or there is a hole somewhere.
