do you do alot of idling? Aftermarket cats won't last as long, or flow as well as stock typically (the high flow ones are about what was state of the art in the 80's) have you replaced the o2 sensors? If I was you I would get an overkill pcm and be done with it, unless you want to get a tuner and do it yourself

no i havent replaced the o2 sensors should i ?if they were bad wouldnt the check engine light cme on and tell me my o2s r bad ? i hav only had the new cat for a mnth its a magna flow is that not a good aftermarket cat ?

Change the o2 sensors, they can cause that code (and should be replaced as routine maintenance anyway) all aftermarket cats are inferior to factory ones, but a month is way too quick

can someone from the tornado alley group help this guy out? he has what seems to be an ongoing issue that he needs help with. I dont have a tuner or I would help him.

if you have a scaner go into datastreem and check it your rear o2 sensor is switching if it is not then you just need a rear o2. or you can check the temp in front of the cat and after it should be signifinatly cooler in the rear of the cat.
