Bad Ass Car Thread :D

Three fresh builds that I am proud to have been a part of happened to be parked out front yesterday all shined up ...

Dig that LOW GTO

IMG_5030_zps96fe0267.jpg

i cant say i like the low so much, but damn!!!!!! that color combo is bad ass. sharp ass car for sure.

that bronco is the ****

Its for sale! After some shows, that is. Was looking for the before pic on that one, couldn't find. The whole thing was covered in bedliner coating, putty knife city. All I did on it was build the doors, maybe some straightening work early on ...

I will try to get a pic of the engine compartment since y'all like the Bronco, its a factory supercharged 5.0 I think. Chassis and engine are dark grey. Third square Bronco I've worked on there in as many years, but definitely the best looking.

Thanks. There were a lot of folks involved in the build. It is on airbags that will auto-adjust or can even be manually controlled from the console or the owner's phone, so the stance you're seeing is the parking stance. Dropped! She can "walk tall" like Buford Pusser's cop car if theres a speedbump.

The colors are "root beer" and "ice cream ... something". We call it the Goat Float. Here are some more pics of that, mods too numerous to list but you can look and ask. It had humble beginnings as well. I did the initial block sanding (job came in "partially finished"), shaved the dash speaker, did the flush door handles, other little stuff. The bottom GTO pic has a couple of my "resto-mod" builds in the background, I seem to be type-cast as the traditional musclecar tech but we do all sorts of vehicles. I may share more of them later on.

The blue Ram here at the bottom is fairly badass if you're into slammed trucks... co-worker built it at home .... then a beeotch in a Honda ran over it and destroyed much of the work. Being rebuilt and improved now but theres you something low ... although it, too is bagged and can ride like a stocker if needed. It sits flat on the frame rails when parked, think about that. Hood and bedrails are clearanced for tires.

damn the shop is filled with classic muscle. must be nice to work on them and rebuild them.

looks like your shop there knows how to do a build. goat float, better patent that one lol

These aren't professional shots but the rides are badass because they are wearing my bodywork, lol. All except the blue factory five '33 HotRod. That Grand Prix was my first one, not terribly badass. Nor were the Skylark and Ventura but Those three are my ex-s.

Here's a pic of a summer project from a couple of years ago. I'll put an LT1 in just about anything.:)

Here's the engine I built for my 1995 Impala. 11.78 @ 116 with no power adders. 4350# car. 20 MPG and a daily driver.

I put the engine in the Impala SS.

And here's the solid roller 383 that I'm building for my 1995 Vette: Hoping for around 550 HP. Should be real close.

These are all daily drivers and the Grand Pricks is my work car. A 2000 Tahoe rounds out the stable and you should see my insurance and gas bills.:th_laugh-lol2:
