• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

if your goal is juts a 14-13 sec 1/4 mile i would go with every mod N/A and spray a 75 shot, N/A my car went 14.9 im sure with a 75 shot the car would be well into the 13's....SPRAY IT!!!!!!!!!:th_thumbsup-wink:

how much would a top swap run???

Depends on where you get the parts and if you actually top swap or use a SS M90 kit. I got most of my top swap parts for $450 before shipping (and that means a M90 with a new coupler and new needle bearings). All that's left is a LIM (cheap), TB (also pretty cheap), and then pulleys. Then add in gaskets and fluids and I could do it for under $1k easy. But... I'm doing a lot of extra work before the parts go on. :th_king-evil:

yea i was wondering how much for a top swap then the mods to get you into the 13's if it would still be cheaper than the turbo kit. i would asume so tho.

Shoot, a whole L67 to rob parts off of would be cheaper than a whole turbo setup....but I think that's like comparing apples to oranges. After finally getting to see a turbo setup (TurboKent) I was pretty impressed with the setup. Aside from the cumbersome cramped engine bay, I'd love to see one near me.

I was thinking of swapping to a turbo setup just recently....I'm gunna see how far i can push that gen 3 though.:p

I think the s/c setups look nicer also. But thats just me.
