• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Awful morning - I messed up my car :( (please help)

Wow that looks really good. Nice work.

lemme no how the heart gun works on the cracks and stuff if its good in the spring i wanna fix mine up but with my bronzemist i would have to bring it somewhere and have them get the color and paint it right =[

Find a decent body shop in your area and have them mix up some paint for you. The paint code is on the inside of the trunk lid so they can match it perfectly.

Got the bumper cover in from ebay. VERY nice piece, everything bolted up perfectly, all holes lined up and couldn't be happier. You give them your paint code and it comes painted and ready to go on. Took some pics to show everyone. ONLY thing not the same as factory is an indentation for the Pontiac emblem. I ended up just taking the emblem off the old bumper and used some special double tape that I have and put it on the new one. Looks fine to me. The place I got it from is D&H Auto Parts. Highly recommended!

What part was supposed to be gray? The original one I took off was all black.

False. I circled it in your picture, attached. To me it is not a big deal, and it looks pretty hot all black. :th_thumb-up:

I really dig that other ride you have in your garage! And yes X2 on the all black looks dead on sexy!! Good work as well.

Great work as well TV. You turned something that looked quite bad into something you never knew happened! Cudos to you as well :)

Hey all - I've been a bit of a stranger around here lately.
Anyway, I didn't want to start a new thread so I thought I'd bump this one.

Now that the weather's nicer and I've got some time on my hands, I'm thinking about restoring the paint on my bumper. I've been driving it around like in the picture since November :(. Are there any recommendations on where to get paint? Is one place as good as the next?

I've looked at a couple of websites and they all seem pretty similar to me.
