Auto Headlamps Problem

Alright so this morning i start my car and it was dark out so the headlights should have come on but they didn't (knob was set to AUTO) i figured since i have HIDS that sometimes they don't ignite. But then i realized that my gauge lights weren't on either. So i turn the knob to the power sign to see if that would turn them on but it didn't (tried that a few times). Also last night i was adjusting my HID's to clean up some of the wires and find a new ground and i had the lights set to on manually and they worked but i forgot to check with them on AUTO.I'm guessing it is the fuse but i cant seem to find in the manual or on the fuse chart where the fuse for it is (sounds dumb). Kinda stumped on this any help would be appreciated. Sorry if thats all confusing tried to give as much info as possible. Thanks Nick, and the cars a 2004 GP Comp G.

Could it be a switch or maybe the light sensor went out? and its been damn cold here the last week in NY (not as cold as other places) could that throw it off or something?

My 99 gtp has the fuse inside the glove box labeled DRL I pulled mine so I no longer have auto headlights. (It fixed my HID problems)

Alright thanks....Does anyone know where the DRL fuse is on the 2004+?
Man I remember driving myself nuts trying to figure this out awhile back...There isn't a fuse it is hard in the BCM. Do you have a harness for HIDs? and did you figure out the mysterious wire?..WEll anyway dont know if you came across this Thread but worth a read. Kind of old-school if you have to turn them on manually but at least they work.
