I think I've put off posting this long enough now, and it's time others knew.

I showed interest in the Limited Edition spoiler posted up for sale a couple months ago. Communication was great, answered all my questions within a reasonable amount of time. But once I sent the money, on November 16th 2010, I didn't hear a word after that. I went to the bank to see if he got the money or not, and it was cashed on November 23rd 2010. I've sent countless PM's (between Nov. 24th and today, and on more then one forum he is registered on), aswell as some messages on his facebook account (which now seems to be deleted)...and still nothing. I'm not the only member who sent money to him and didn't get the parts/items in question.

If anyone knows him, or a way of contacting him, please PM me! At this point I'm fed up and all I want is my money back.
 


I just recently talked to him, like a little before xmas...not sure what is going on here, but I'll try and get in touch with him and see what was up...he had a bunch of stuff happening family wise IIRC...but now that is facebook is gone, not sure man...like I said, I'll try and see whats up.

That spoiler was sent out months ago man. It's out of my control. I'll do what I can to help, I wasn't able to get tracking info due to you being out of country (atleast that's what I was told at the post office)

I agree, You claim to have shipped a spioler out but have no tracking number. Then tell the guy hes SOL?

out of the country or not, no spoiler, no cash thats my take, dont sell stuff if you arent planning to be around to get a tracking number, they give it to you when you send it out, so if you mailed it you should have a number.

That's a load of crock, I sent a $1500 camera lens to some dude over in Russia thru USPS and was able to get a tracking number with no extra cost involved. Doesn't reveal much except for the fact it went, it made it thru customs and it arrived at his address, but it was enough to say it was on it's way and it got there.
 


I'm going to have to agree with blownbigblock. Being in the military for 6 years, I've sent many items to and from the U.S., Germany, Iraq, and Kuwait. Never was I unable to get a tracking number. And a couple of those packages were larger/heavier then a spoiler. Honesty is the best road, especially when your business reputation is on the line. Hope you guys get this figured out.

why were none of his PM's answered and facebook messages answered? makes it look bad on ur part for not even replying to the guys messages.

however in ninnys defense.. i shipped a CAI to soviet "member on here" lost the tracking number... guy claimed he never got it.. and it was def shipped.. so in return since i lost tracking number... i gave him a full refund.. just my 02 cents. pretty sure the lil fukcer got it though... i had a return addy on it and i never got it sent back to me.
 
I sell alot of stuff on ebay and ship it all over the world. You will be given a tracking number from UPS or FedEx. The USPS on the other hand charges you $0.70 for delivery confermation. Not a big deal, I do it all the time. And why would you ship anything USPS to Canada?? Anyone that has shipped stuff knows it is so much cheeper to ship UPS north of the border. I hope you get your money back man, but sometimes people are not cool. Sorry.
