Not quite, its still private property, but honestly... Who cares? I've done photoshoots in numerous locations with security, private property signs, etc. and noone has cared. Rule of thumb is to leave it as you found it and no one will bother you.

That being said, being on private property without permission will probably be one of the most legal things that would take place at Dells.
 
nah i got some bad ideas to. like taking some friends to the dells for a bachelors party and slipping some roofies in their jaeger and loosing the groom to be and have a jungle cat in my bathroom. oh and winning $87,000 by counting cards
