she'll be learning that this winter cuz she's getting a smoker for christmas. meanwhile i'm getting a buffer for christmas from her parents :D

we're definitely talking about the meat. and I'm not on board with this jerky idea... I like juicy well cooked bbq or ribs or brisket or whatever we end up having. no need to dry it out lol

Well I'm sure we're not gonna eat bbq he brings for the whole weekend, just lunch or something. We always do restaurants around town :)
 
**** may as well bring the scion now that I think of it... no way a smoker will fit in my gp.... or we can take both! Lmao. But seriously guys we're definitely going... especially cuz Courtney REALLY wants to get all you guys opinion. Ps going to MoA friday if anyone wants to chill with us.

Matt if you notice anyone who wants it can you put bbq next to their name on your list of attendees? I'm gonna write up a list myself so I have it for safe keeping but I don't wanna miss anything. Also do you have a preference, Brisket, Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Back Ribs, Pork, Lamb, Etc?
 


For sure we'll be bringing at least one brisket. I'm sure we can get a little guy for pork cuz I wouldn't mind pulled pork myself. I'll make a note of that.
 
I'm trying to get a head count on how many people going to the meet want bbq cuz my fiancee offered to bring the smoker and smoke up some delicious ribs and briskets and such
