It's nice there's other people noticing the fishy practices of Chris and his porting business. If one person doesn't do work with him because of what they herd about him then I did my part in making sure Atleast someone doesn't get screwed over

This thread is getting off topic. I have left it open due to it not "bashing" another member as much as pointing out issues.

Some of the issues brought up in this thread I too have noticed.

Some people get quoted $1400~ for a set of heads, and others tell me he quoted them $500 for the same/similar setups.

Every time I see someone post I AM THE GREATEST, I think of the Russian hacker in that one James Bond movie where he says I AM INVINCIBLE, and then gets blown up

back on track. If Chris wants to sell here , he needs to make valid proof of his work and set up standardized pricing across the forums. He can offer discounts as well like the vendors do. But make it publicly noted. Isn't there anyone left from the Tim King era that remembers how bad that turned out. ? The both of them started out in the same fashion

I do not hold any hate towards Chris, ive never spoke to him but I do think he drives a sweet prix. But a meme is appropriate

I'm guessing you are saying he can get the head to flow 250 cfm @28" of H2O. What is the exhaust flow like then? What's the ratio?

There were some pics of a set in the for sale section. They looked pretty well ported, they were smooth, but on heads looks don't really mean a lot. When I did the heads for my SC I did minimal work and just removed a lip that resides on those heads and blended everything in and gained 20 cfm across the board. Another guy went "Max effort" and ended up losing flow up top compared to stock and picked up very little at lower lift. I don't know these guys from Adam, I think I've heard of Kevin Yates, but don't remember. To me if you're going to port heads it's Flow or GTFO. I don't remember guys like Coy Miller, Tom Morana, or Stegmeigher not putting up numbers.

Edit: I should say that I have never had any interaction with these guys. I'm just saying if they act in that manner they should put up or shut up there's no reason to get all uppity about questions.
