I went to a lawyer over this. It really sucked to show up after 10 pages of this guy telling lies about my business when I have proof otherwise. He & a couple of his fB buddies came really close to being slapped with a business defamation suit.

Good thing is, people love drama. So between all the crap he put here, & the crap on facebook, people naturally check out the Bully-Flo page to see just how "shady" my work is.

ever since turbo toddler started, I've had more fan growth on that page than ever before & I haven't even been marketing.

Funny how things work out.

I'm not sure you can do much about it, it's Facebook after all. I have never been to your page, and I don't know who you are really. But if I am going to buy some heads I want to see flow numbers so I can pick the correct grind. I am not even sure what all the FB crap was since I am not part of that group.

Funny thing is I ran across I think your porting video on youtube and I was thinking that for supposedly doing shady work, you sure do know what you're talking about with regards to flow and porting..

I'm glad its working out for you. I do think your partner Kevin has brought on himself a certain amount of grief because of the way he does things.

Pretty sure that a defamation suit would require you to prove they were in fact lying, which would require you to post flow numbers. Which if you had done this from the start 90% of this wouldn't be an issue.

Also, I'm fairly sure I alerted you to this thread long before the 10th page and your response to me was that you "didn't even care to read it".

I've got flow numbers all over the Bully-Flo FB page. I've written articles about choosing heads based on flow results using charts from my own port designs. I don't market my heads by flow numbers for the same reason ZZP doesn't.

So I'm sure everything in your favor, will be throughly negated in the courts.

Not only would you need to prove their culpability, you would have to substantiate loss associated to their malfescience. A very difficult thing to do when by your own accounting, you've recieved a greater volume of traffic due to the conversation. You need to be careful as well, in some states, threatening legal action can actually wind up costing you if you do not follow through and the potential other side of your threats sought legal representation, they could in turn sue for those costs... In such a ligtigious world, the only people making out usually are the attorneys!

He built a fast m90 car? I thought the fastest his car, or any m90 cars he has ported heads on, are stuck in the 12's??

I got called a N***** by OP and his coward "friend" on Facebook. They successfully got me to respond with anger. Op then took a screenshot of my response to start his little slander campaign here.

**If Op denies it, I will post screen shots.**

Everyone is asking me for proof against these claims. I will kindly encourage you all to go find it. However; Here's some quotes from Op that you won't find proof of...

LIAR claims "Chris Claims he can get a set of heads with a stock valve job to flow 250cc" - LIE (go get a screenshot of that claim or hang it up)
LIAR claims "There's a video on Youtube where he says they made 300whp 400tq in second gear on zzp's dyno with his heads. -LIE (Roderic Bradleydoesn't even have Bully-Flo heads)
LIAR claims "They cannot provide any flow numbers for there work" -LIE (I have a screenshot on FB of me posting a flow chart in a conversation with OP)
LIAR claims "Chris has even (gone) as far as threatening physical violence to people when they ask him about his work" LIES Lol.

as far as my ability to port and build heads, this is all he's got and it's all a pile of bull.

It gets to a point where I honestly have to ask myself "Is this a racial issue?" because to screenshot an angry FB response from being called that word, & then turn it into this little slander campaign is borderline psychopathic.

I have said it before, I don't know you from Adam, and while you are real defensive about what you do, and anyone that takes pride in their work will be. Not all of us are on your FB page, and I didn't even know it existed. I have seen some of your heads when they come up for sale and they look really nice, but when I look for items I want specs. Usually on a website. To me FB isn't a credible source for anything other than finding out if Aunt Myrtle's hip is healing well.

Now I am a little older than a lot of the guys here I am 42, so I have seen this kind of stuff before. Post up flow numbers and I don't mean at max lift, I mean just like you would get from any respectable head porter with flow from .1" to whatever your max lift (in.1" increments) is for the heads you made. That would shut a lot of people up.

I'll be honest, I tried looking for flow numbers on the site, and the Facebook page. I couldn't find any. If you feel the need to defend yourself against racist comments then do it. If it really did happen, then anger is an appropriate response.

As far as you not jumping to provide proof on any account, why? Copy and paste isn't that difficult. I have to do it all the time here, it's not a big deal.
