ASAP!! Need to know Where the he!! does this line or wire go?

I agree with the above, probably a Nitrous line. That or maybe some kinda hook up for a fuel pressure gauge into aftermarket rails or schrader on stock rails. I highly doubt the last one though.
 


Ok today I tried to see where the line was going to, but I couldn't see where it goes to. I tried to pull it, but it fells like it's still connected on to something. I am going to look under the car tomorrow
