So here i am cruising down the highway jamming out..:driving:..u know feeling the music...when i come around the corner and BAM!! An undercover impala and as soon as i pass him! :th_policelights: he lights me up! DAMN LEAD FOOT! He gives me 3 tickets...Speeding (92 in a 60 mph zone), a ticket for by back window tint being to dark and one for failure to control speed! WTF ...isnt failure to control speed the same thing as speeding!?! :th_sign-ripped:...now i have to shell out over $600!!! uggghhh

no! i slammed on the breaks!..no break...but hey..he didnt run my license..i know that for a fact or he wld have taken me in! hahah...but hey..i did get pulled over before going 105 mph @ nite...just got a ticket for that too!
 
lol!!! i feel ya bro... Just paid a ticket here in the city for going 98 in a 60, same thing undercover...but he was like 5 car links in front of me?.... have to say we were both lucky we didn't go to jail....that is after all Wreckless Driving!! Then the following week i got 43 in a 40.... which IMO was Bullsh*t...but i'll be paying that one next mo as well!! I think a few more and license gets suspended.... This week i have been the pinnacle of driving for our wonderful trasportation authourities....lol!!

You would think a 105mph would make you skiddish to speed more...guess not...try slowing down and you'd be surprised how much money you save on gas, tickets, and insurance.
 
While I'm not so sure about your ending ideology on the topic. Kudos to ya for not coming on and saying how they singled you out, racially profiled you, cop was a prick or some other lame a*s excuse that you shouldn't of gotten it in the first place... :th_thumbsup-wink:

yeah..i take responsibility for my own actions..i deserved it!..speeding..i had to get rid of my radar detector b/c that just made me want to drive faster! hee hee. i had it when i got pulled over going 105 mph..it didnt help @ all......but i dont speed like that when there are cars on the road....no no no.
 
Valentine One. That is all. You pay what you get for and I loved mine as it picked up cops at least a mile away...even with obstacles and was never wrong ;)
 


I didn't realize Texas had a limit on the back window tint. Mine is 5% and haven't been bothered yet. Maybe becauce I still have the "World Famous Potatoes" plates from Idaho. Tough break though tmackster. Maybe try wearing flip flops I hear they are lighter on your feet.:th_thumbsup-wink:
 
got a similar ticket about a month ago except it was 87 in a 55 think i ended up spitting out $400 for it , then i got a freakin tint ticket yesterday from a State Troop there goes another $85.

Really sux bro, I've had my FAIR SHARE of speeding tickets, I think my record was 6 speeding tickets in 9 months...I surely learned my lesson, kicking in at almost $1500 in lawyer fee's...Flawless, still NO points on my license...and Yes I may speed to 65-70 but that Defently my speeding limit now days!

Don't pay it off, Get a Lawyer, it'll pay off in the long run, surely he can atleast get it dropped to less points on ur license.

Trust me, GET A LAWYER, it'll pay off cheaper than ur insurance will over the next 3 years!!!
