The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
Actually its Ok, I used to eat 1500-1700 calories for breakast, it depends on what kind food you take your calories in. But yeah, 4000 calories is kinda bodybuilding nutrition.
Thats true that you risk to become a lil fatty there hehe, In my opinion, theres nothing best to just eat like you feel to, doing lil exercice to keep it all balance, and enjoy the rest It goes for a while, big training, bulking..but its a FULL TIME JOB, for real. You got to do something that you can handle at long term.
I've been lifting pretty seriously for the past few years now and have seen good results. summers are always hard because of work but at school bulking is pretty easy.
Atlantis and Panzer have been giving good information about the ab stuff but the biggest thing to remember is there is no such thing as spot reduction!!!! I can't stress that enough. So many people believe that. Lift weights, build muscle, eat clean and you will see amazing ab results I promise. Your diet is more important than the exercise! (but not by much.)
Anyway I started out being 5'6 weighing 130 and now weigh a little more than 150. Bulking has been a very slow process for me because I'm a hard gainer but it's been working. All my lifts are real strong for my size so I'm happy.
Check out this site and tell me what you guys think. It's one I use a lot for a reference.
ExRx has been a close friend for the past 6-7 years. Really good reference, and a great spot to fill out those change-up workouts with weird exercises.
ya, ExRx is great. It has so many different lifts on there for every muscle group. I actually printed out 90% of them and organized them by muscle in a book for a reference when I don't have the internet right there. Now I don't really need it though haha I have most of the memorized. Their forum is good too for information.
the ab ripper p90x is incredible from what i hear a kid on my football team does it and he's ripped as hell. i actually work out with him occassionally and man its hard to keep up with him but i dont fall behind too far haha and i started that work out that atlantis referred me to today, definitley felt it in my biceps and chest as well. its definitley worth giving a shot anyone who is thinking about it
Been lifting for about three years 6 days a week, have had a girlfriend the entire time, full time college student, work 30 hours a week, and of course most importantly still have time for my baby
